All of our beef is dry aged, however our 672 brand is left aging for a minimum of 672 hours.

Hung on the bone for 28 days in our temperature controlled chills, the cote de beouf is taken from the rib, it has a marbelling that infuses with the meat to bring you a unique flavour when cooked. Can be served as a sharing steak for 2-3 people.
